Thank you very much for your enquiry to Zen Treats, we are delighted that you have shown an interest in using our personalised and professional services and have chosen to support a local and growing business.

On beginning your enquiry, Ben Varley (our Head Chef and CEO) will be in contact asap to find out your exact requiremnts includiong numbers, dates, allergens and food preferences. Please give us up to a few days to send you over some menus and ideas, we will email you with an attached sample menu for your event in question. We readily welcome feedback in order to accommodate all our clientele as best as we can. Therefore, please feel free to send back the menu with your thoughts so that we can best amend this for your event.

As and when you are happy to finalise your event booking, please return the attached new client form, which will be included in the email making sure to include appropriate detail and with it signed and dated.

Please note that a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon returning this form in order to finalise your booking on said date and time. This is to ensure that our services are being used appropriately at busy times of the year; we hope you understand this aspect for us as a local business. In return, please be assured of our best professional attention at all times.

We are insured with public liability and have a 5star food rating from the local council, if you wish to see any of these that can be provided to ease your mind.
